I am having trouble updating the FeedbackPanda Launcher.

Sometimes, the update process may fail or get stuck. In that case, completely close the FeedbackPanda Launcher and wait for at least one minute for eventual background processes to finish. 

Windows users, please make sure the FeedbackPanda Launcher is started with administrative privileges. These are required for the FeedbackPanda Launcher to correctly update itself and to be able to launch the VIPKID Teacher App.

If these steps don't help, you can always uninstall the FeedbackPanda Launcher and install a fresh version from here. 


Please note: If these steps do not work, it could be due to a system upgrade on the teaching platform. If your VIPKID Teacher App has updated, please let us know and we can help you further.
