To reset your password please first log out of your FeedbackPanda session. Here are the instructions to logout.
Then open up the log in screen and click Don't remember your password.
Then continue by following the instructions in the log in window.
When you do not receive an email to reset your password it is likely that you do not use Email/Password to log in, which means there is no password that can be reset.
It is more likely that you use the Google or Facebook option to log in.
Use the Account Finder feature at https://app.feedbackpanda.com/#/accountfinder to search for your name and email. Please try variations of your first name if you have more than one, as well as all email addresses you can imagine having used to sign up.
