Chrome is showing the "Aw, Snap!" error when I use FeedbackPanda
Often, Chrome runs into this situation when it run into data inconsistencies or memory shortages, often after a Chrome auto-update. This is not related to the websites you are trying to load, but it can happen more often on web applications like FeedbackPanda (which, as professional tools, have more going on in the background than simple websites).
Often, a reboot fixes this issue. The first thing to do if it still happens is to try to refresh the page using the cache-busting refresh command inside of a FeedbackPanda tab:
- Windows: Ctrl+Shift+R
- Mac: Command+Shift+R
That will fetch the latest version of FeedbackPanda and clear any local caches.
The official Google documentation on this error can be found here.
We also recommend logging out of the your Google browser (if you have a Google account) and logging back in. That clears up a few caches that are missed by what Google is suggesting in their walkthrough.
